Uptown Record Store has been open in Shanghai, China since the summer of 2011. Uptown’s primary focus is providing the availability of vinyl records to the community with an emphasis on independent music.  You will find a wide selection of genres from rock, electronic, disco/funk, soul, hip hop, and everything in between. Another goal of Uptown is creating a space for independent music by hosting events such as free in-store performances and art events.

2011年，Uptown 黑胶唱片店在中国上海开业。Uptown 的初衷是推广独立音乐为主的黑胶唱片文化。在店里，你可以找到各种不同类型的音乐：摇滚，电子，迪斯科/疯克，嘻哈等等。Uptown的另一个目的也是为独立音乐提供一个平台，我们在店里举办现场演出，艺术展览等等。
